Booking Policy

– Global Consultations: You can enjoy our premium services from anywhere in the world. Our virtual consultations allow us to collaborate with brides remotely, making it easy for you to discuss your design vision without needing to travel to our Lagos atelier.


– Virtual Fittings: We offer remote toile sampling, a process where we send you a sample of your design to confirm your measurements and fit before proceeding with the final garment. This ensures that your dress fits perfectly, even without in-person fittings.


– How to Book: To make a booking, simply click the “Book an Appointment” button on our website and choose your desired time slot. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for bespoke creations that require months of craftsmanship.


– Rush Orders: Our standard turnaround time for bespoke bridal dresses is 4 to 7 months from design approval. However, if you’re in a time crunch, we offer rush orders for an additional fee. During your consultation, please inform us of your timeline, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Size Guide

To ensure you receive a dress that fits like a dream, we’ve created a detailed size guide. This guide will help you match your measurements to our size categories, ensuring a smooth ordering process.

– Custom Measurements: If none of our standard sizes fit your measurements, you can provide custom measurements. For catalog designs made to your custom size, we’ll add an extra 5 business days to your delivery schedule to accommodate the tailoring.


– Assistance with Sizing: If you’re unsure how to measure yourself or have questions about sizing, feel free to contact us at support@bridalaccent.co. We offer virtual measurement consultations to help you find the right fit.


– Alterations for Off-the-Rack Pieces: If you’ve purchased an off-the-rack piece and need alterations, we’re happy to provide this service at an additional cost. The price will depend on the complexity of the alterations.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your bridal couture anywhere in the world with care and precision. Here’s what you can expect with our shipping process:

– International Shipping: We ship globally through DHL. Whether you’re in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or Africa, we ensure that your dress arrives at your doorstep safely and on time.


– Processing Time: Custom dresses typically take 4 to 7 months to complete. Rush orders are available, but they may incur additional fees depending on the design and shipping urgency.


– Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your package. Please note that these fees do not include any applicable import duties or taxes.


– Import Duties & Taxes: Depending on your location, you may be required to pay additional customs duties or VAT charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, but due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

– Custom Orders: All custom-made dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the design and fit. Please ensure all details, including measurements and designs, are confirmed before placing your order.


– Off-the-Rack Items: If you purchase an off-the-rack item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.


– Non-Returnable Items: Custom designs, altered garments, and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales of these items are final.


– Return Process: If your item is eligible for return, contact us at support@bridalaccent.co with your proof of purchase. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


– Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.


– Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of use or missing parts).
