How do I book an appointment?

What do I need to bring to my design consultation?

Come with all your ideas and that’s just enough.

What’s your turn around time?

For bespoke bridal dresses, we take anywhere between 4 to 7 months post design approval depending on the design. The CSR assigned to you will advise on the exact turn around for your design. Rush orders are available upon request,  but keep in mind that fees will apply.

How do I determine my size when shopping?

Please check our size guide to confirm your measurements tally with the size categories. If you’d require further help determining your measurements please contact us at support@bridalaccent.co with your shopping receipt and we’re happy to schedule a call for you to guide you through.

Can I send in my custom measurements to make a design from your catalog?

Yes please, we’re happy to make the design in your custom measurements. However, we’d require an extra processing time of 5 business days added to your delivery schedule.

Can I make alterations to the designs off the rack?

Yes, we are able to accommodate alterations to our off-the-rack pieces at a cost that’s determined by the level of alteration.

Is it possible to work with my budget?

Yes please, you can inform us of your budget during your inquiry and we’d let you know if and how we can work with that.

How do I fit my bespoke outfit if I’m not able to come down to your studio?

Our standard virtual fitting process is optimized to ensure you get a perfect fit without having to come in physically. Based on your design, we’d advise on whether you’d require a toile service.

In addition to that, we hold model fittings prior to the shipping of each of our outfits to ensure perfect fit.

What’s a toile?

This is a sample piece we make in your measurements and send to you to confirm your fit before we proceed to construct your garment base. This serves as a mock up of your design and helps us determine the accuracy of your virtual measurement and effect all necessary corrections.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship doorstep to the US, Canada, UK, rest of Europe and rest of Africa, kindly check our international shipping policy to see more.

How many guests am I allowed to bring to my consultation?

For us to best accommodate you at our boutique we’d advise you keep your guests under 2, to include yourself. Kindly look through our walk-in guideline for more.

Are there any added charges not declared?

All our fees are openly declared. However, depending on your location, you might be required to pay an import duty or VAT , this is completely out of our control.
