Our Creative Lead
Hikmah draws inspiration from the vastness and uniqueness of individual personalities, cultures, and experiences, driven by a deep desire to create garments that serve as a form of personal expression. From a young age, she discovered her passion for fashion and craftsmanship, spending her time hand-sewing dresses for herself and her sister. Each garment pieced together with care and attention, not only boosted her confidence, but also became a powerful form of self expression beyond words.
At the age of 16, while pursuing her degree, Hikmah enrolled in fashion class and began creating bespoke pieces for more people, determined to share the joy and empowerment of wearing stunning, thoughtful designs.
Now, over a decade later, with countless women having experienced the personal touch and exceptional quality of Bridal Accent’s finely tailored garments, Hikmah invites you to join her on this journey by staying connected with Bridal Accent’s milestones.

Sustainability
Our core values center around ethical fashion, slow fashion principles, and environmental preservation for future generations.
We do not mass produce, every piece is locally made by hand at our Lagos atelier, and to further minimize fabric waste, we transform excess materials into delicate art pieces, which we donate to Why Waste It NG.
This Nigerian NGO repurposes scrap fabrics and appliqué into durable accessories and household items, supporting sustainability and reducing waste.
